YIN YOGA Workshop
A pre-requisite for the workshop is that you are either a qualified Yoga Instructor or on our Yoga course.
This beautiful 4-hour workshop will cover:
- What really is Yin yoga all about and why do we need it
- What is mental Health
- The nervous system overview and why it is so relevant to Yin & Mental health
- How we communicate both with our body and our language
- Appropriate communication skills when holding space
- What is holding space & extra senses
- Mindfulness
- How to guide safely someone in
- The breath and Yin
You will receive a Certificate of attendance from SMART Qualifications.
