Refresh your teaching YOGA Workshop

A pre-requisite for the workshop is that you are either a  qualified Yoga Instructor or on our Yoga course.

This 4-hour workshop will cover:

  • Has your teaching got stale and are you bored with your class plans?
  • Do you fancy getting some new ideas and chatting to other teachers?
  • We will practice together and, swap ideas, share tips on how to up-level and down -level classes
  • Refuel and motivate your teaching
  • Discuss current Yoga news
  • Helena will guide you through an upbeat practice
  • Please bring with you a copy of your favourite class plan 😊

You will receive a Certificate of attendance from SMART Qualifications.
