Boxing Fitness

A pre-requisite for the workshop is that you have a Level2 Fitness Qualification in Gym / ETM or Level 3 Personal Training.
During the day you will cover:
  • Boxing Skills
  • Speed and Power Play
  • Class structure
  • Partner work
  • How to adapt to cater for all abilities
  • Music
  • Participate in our practical workshop
You will receive a Certificate of attendance from SMART Qualifications
